You keep your customer satisfied when it comes to cash management and rapid collection of your funds. This requires a well-trained team. Teach your team to deal with non-paying customers, the most effective ways to obtain payment from these customers, and the legal aspects involved. This guarantees you the best collection result and ensures that you obtain your funds faster. How to achieve this? We would be happy to train your team using our high-quality Bosveld Academy training courses and (brief) education programmes.

You have a customer who is behind on a payment and you want them to pay quickly. Calling is most effective in this case. Experience shows us that payment is faster after a telephone call than after sending a letter. It is possible that your customer relationship is jeopardized by a heavy telephone conversation. Or maybe you don't have the time or time to call. We are happy to take this off your hands by calling on behalf of your company: our people are specialized in gentle calling, whereby your customer is kindly requested to pay the outstanding invoice.
Have you done everything you can to obtain payment from your customer, but does he remain in arrears? And do you want to receive your funds, but prefer avoiding a collection process? This is possible by sending (or having us send) a last, friendly reminder using Bosveld letterhead, stating your company details. This maintains the customer relationship and often leads quickly to the desired result. We can also send your customer the fulfilment letter required by law: this letter is used to announce the expected collection costs in a friendly manner. Both letters inform your customer that a collection process will be initiated if no payment takes place.
If your customer fails to pay on time, you want to avoid high legal costs. But you also want to maintain your relationship with your customer. We understand that. This is why we tailor our approach to your customer. We predict how the process will play out for each non-paying customer. We do this using our extensive experience and data.
By having your customer pay as soon as possible, you prevent legal proceedings and/or hearings and the associated high costs for you and your customer. This approach revolves around frequent personal contact with your customer: by letter, by phone, by email, text messages, and voicemails in order to arrange specific payment plans.

Your customer has not paid the amounts due during the collection period or disagrees with the costs. You are not sure whether you wish to take legal steps and/or issue a summons: this costs more for all parties involved.
In order to obtain the best possible advice tailored to your specific situation, you will discuss whether or not you will summon your customer with us and our legal professionals. Our bailiffs can then consult the Netherlands Attachment Register to determine whether your customer is able or unable to pay your claim. Do you decide to file summons? We will help you. Because we are able to determine the right approach for each court thanks to our expertise, we can help you obtain the best possible result.
Your customer is unable to pay at this time, but you are entitled to your funds. And continuing to pursue this claim yourself demands a lot of time and energy. This is why we include the claim in our debt monitoring process. Of course, your customer might be unable to pay today, but may be able to do so in a year. We will monitor whether new information about your customer becomes available in the coming years. When this is the case, we will take action immediately. Our bailiffs will visit your customer in person each year to study the situation. This offers you a greater level of certainty and assurance about the payment of your claim.
Your company is busy. As a result, lots of things are not being taken care of, including invoices. One of your employees may temporarily, or for a longer period, be unavailable, or you can simply use some professional support for your debtor management. Fortunately, you can deploy one of our experienced employees: they are available immediately. They can be deployed as flexibly as needed: only during peak times, full-time for a longer period, and everything in-between.
Does an official act need to be carried out, such as the service of a summons? We would be happy to help you – properly and quickly. Our people have extensive knowledge, experience, and are flexible. Did you know that our bailiffs even have printers in their cars to quickly carry out your instructions? You will receive a confirmation immediately after your request and will be kept properly informed. Once the engagement has been completed, we will return it to you as soon as possible.
