Processor Overview

Bosveld Incasso en Gerechtsdeurwaarders works with other companies to process personal data. We call these companies processors and sub-processors.

Processors process data for Bosveld. This includes, for example, data from our principals and their customers.

Sub-processors assist with services that we offer to our principals. They also help us to carry out our work effectively and efficiently.

Processors and sub-processors

Below you will find an overview of the processors and sub-processors we currently work with.

We have made agreements with these parties about how they process and secure personal data. These agreements are set out in a processor agreement.

10ForIT

10ForIT provides telephony services to Bosveld. This includes the “Interactive voice response” for incoming and outgoing calls performed by Bosveld.

Data which are shared with 10ForIT;

  • Telephone numbers for outgoing calls
  • Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
  • File number(s)

Pay.com

Bosveld uses pay.nl to perform payment processing.

Data shared;

  • Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
  • File number(s)

Creditbility

Bosveld uses Creditbility for the client and debtor portals available via the website.

Data shared (specifically for the debtor portal):

  • Email address

You also provide this data voluntarily as a client to log into the portal. Other data displayed on the portal is not stored on Creditbility’s servers.

Flowmailer

Bosveld uses Flowmailer to send automated emails. In these, we track information including whether the email was delivered, opened, and whether you clicked a link. This information is stored with Flowmailer. The content of the email is not stored with Flowmailer.

The data we share with Flowmailer:

MailToPay

Bosveld uses MailToPay to send payment links, monitor payment arrangements, and automatically send emails.

  • Email address
  • Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
  • File number(s)
  • Name

SNG

Bosveld uses SNG for the secure requesting, exchange, and provision of data necessary for the performance of bailiff activities. Through SNG, data regarding identity and address, income, seizures, debts, and debt restructuring are consulted. Additionally, SNG is used for facilities such as the Digital Seizure Register and the calculation of the exempt amount.

  • Data on debt restructuring

  • Data for the calculation of the exempt amount

Aryza

Bosveld uses Aryza Navigate as the central application for the execution and administration of debt collection and bailiff activities. In Aryza Navigate, files are registered and processed, and the data necessary for the execution of amicable and judicial collection processes, enforcement, and debt monitoring are recorded.
