Bosveld Incasso en Gerechtsdeurwaarders uses processors and sub-processors to process your data. Here is an overview of the processors and sub-processors we currently use.

Processors are used for data about you as a client but also you as a debtor.
The sub-processors are used for services that Bosveld offers to its clients and also to use its processes efficiently.

With all these parties we have agreements on data security and processing with processor agreements.

 

10ForIT

10ForIT provides telephony services to Bosveld. This includes the “Interactive voice response” for incoming and outgoing calls performed by Bosveld. Data which are shared with 10ForIT;

• Telephone numbers for outgoing calls
• Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
• File number(s)

 

MailToPay

Bosveld uses MailToPay to send payment links, monitor arrangements and automatically send emails. Data shared:

• Email address
• Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
• File number(s)
• Name

 

Creditbility

Bosveld uses Creditbility for the principals and debtors portals available through the website. Data shared (specifically for the debtors portal):

• Email address

This data is also voluntarily provided by the debtor in order to log into the portal. Other data displayed on the portal are not stored on Creditbility’s servers.

 

Pay.com

Bosveld uses pay.co.uk to perform payment processing. Data shared;

• Outstanding debt(s) (just the amount, not what it relates to)
• File number(s)

 

Flowmailer

Bosveld uses flowmailer to send automated emails to you, the debtor. In this we track the information whether, among other things, the mail arrived, was opened and whether you clicked on a link. This information is stored at Flowmailer. The content of the mail is not stored at Flowmailer. The data we share with Flowmailer:
