How do you send your objection?
You can send your objection in 2 ways:

- Via the contact form on our website (add your objection as a separate file)
Always include your case number with your objection.
What happens next?
We will discuss your objection with our client. You will receive a response from us within 14 days.
Objection judicial phase
Have you been summoned to a court hearing and have good reason to defend yourself? Then you can defend yourself orally or in writing before the stated hearing date in the manner described in the summons.
If you want to avoid the procedure altogether, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
