I received a reminder or reminder

You receive a reminder/dunning letter as a reminder of an amount you have not yet paid. This amount should have been paid before a certain date. You may have to pay for a reminder/dunning letter. These costs apply from the day you receive the reminder/dunning letter.

You are not obligated to speak to us, but this may help to reach a solution.

It is best to still pay immediately after receiving a reminder/dunning letter. This way you avoid expensive court proceedings.

You can transfer the amount immediately, securely, and quickly through your own bank using IDEAL.
You can also transfer the amount to us via your bank. Our bank account number is Rabobank IBAN No. NL07RABO0162446217, in the name of Bosveld Incasso en Gerechtsdeurwaarders in Amersfoort. Always include your case number in the payment description. The case number is listed in all our letters and emails.

After receiving this reminder, can I pay later or make a payment arrangement?

Are you unable to pay the full amount all at once? If so , you can request a payment plan. To set up a payment plan, we’ll ask you for some information so we can review your request.

Can’t keep your made payment agreement? Then call us as soon as possible on 033 – 47 00 000 to find a solution together. If you do not contact us on time and fail to keep your payment arrangement, it will expire and you will not be able to make a new payment arrangement. When you call us, have your case number ready.
